Priced by the application,
not by the month.

A role worth wanting is worth real diligence. An Application Intelligence Kit is that diligence for one application: five documents built from cited research on the company, the role, and the competition, delivered in about 35 minutes. Nothing renews.

Application Intelligence

The work a serious application actually requires

Applying with only the job description in hand is applying blind. You know what the posting says the company wants. You usually don’t know why it wants it, what’s broken that the hire is supposed to fix, or how competitive pressure shapes the seat. A kit closes that gap with application intelligence, the research behind an application, turned into evidence your materials can use. Half the work reads the company. The other half reads you against it.

Research Brief 25+ pages · PDF

The current picture of the business, not the homepage version: funding, strategy, leadership, and competitive position, assembled from 45+ sources with citations you can open.

Requirements Analysis PDF

A posting is a compressed, often outdated summary of a gap someone is trying to close. This reads past the document to the need underneath it: the explicit requirements, the unwritten ones, and what the hiring team weighs most.

Experience Mapping PDF

Where the research turns on you: your background scored objectively against the role's true needs. The strengths to lead with, the gaps to get ahead of, and how to meet the employer where they are. The interview loop will test exactly this.

Curated Resume PDF · DOCX

Built from your real experience for this one role. The right work brought forward, in the language this hiring team uses, with every claim traceable to something you actually did.

Candidate Thesis PDF · DOCX

The argument for why you, specifically, solve the problem this company has right now. One claim, backed by evidence from the research. Most candidates never write one, and it shows when someone does.

The alternative

Where else would you get this?

Prompting a chatbotA one-pass summary with no sources, gone when the tab closes.
A kit is researched, then checked. 45+ cited sources you can open, and a dedicated review pass that checks claims against them.
Employer review sitesAnecdotes about culture and compensation, one grievance at a time.
A kit reads the business. Strategy, funding, competitive pressure, and what this seat is actually being hired to solve.
Doing it yourselfAbout 19 hours per role, done properly. And no candidate can grade their own case objectively.
A kit takes about 35 minutes. Deep research, an outside read on your case, and five finished documents while you do something else.

Telosi isn’t a resume builder. It’s application intelligence — the research behind an application, done properly, one role at a time, for the seats you actually want.

Start with the research

See the work before you buy

The Research Brief is the first of the kit’s five documents: 25+ pages of cited research on a company you choose. Read one on a company you’re watching. If the research holds up, the rest of the kit is that standard applied to your entire application.

Questions

Before you buy

Is this a subscription?
No. You buy kits, you use kits. Nothing renews, there's nothing to cancel, and a kit you haven't used yet just waits for you. The price of a slow month is zero.
What exactly does one kit produce?
Five documents, all built for one specific role: a Research Brief (25+ pages of cited research on the company, its market, and its competition), a Requirements Analysis of what the posting is actually asking for, an Experience Mapping that scores your background against those needs, a Curated Resume built from your real experience, and a Candidate Thesis, the evidence-backed argument for why you're the right hire. Each one feeds the next; the resume and thesis are written from the research, not from a template.
What is application intelligence?
Everything you can learn about a company, a role, and its competitors before you apply, and what that evidence says about you. A kit turns the company and role intelligence back on your own background: where you objectively stack up, which strengths to lead with, which gaps to get ahead of, and how to position your experience against the problems this employer needs solved. The resume and thesis are then written from that read, which is why they could only have been sent to one company. The full definition is in our guide to application intelligence.
Why is it one kit per role?
Because the research is the product. The brief, the analysis, and the thesis are built from this company's funding, strategy, and competitive position; pointed at a different company, they'd be someone else's documents. That specificity is the entire reason the output works, and it's why a kit can't be reused any more than an application can.
What makes this different from prompting an AI myself?
A chat answer is a single pass over whatever the model happens to reach, with no sources and no review. A kit runs deep research across 45+ sources, cites them so you can open every claim, and runs a dedicated review pass that checks the claims against those sources. The writing is the last step, and the cheapest one. The intelligence underneath it is the part a hundred other candidates using the same writing tools can't produce identically.
How do packs work?
You buy 5, 10, or 20 kits up front at the founding rate, and they sit on your account until you point one at a role. Kits don't expire. Every pack includes a free Telosi account, which keeps each role's research and documents in one place, so a ten-application search stays organized instead of scattered across downloads and email threads.
Do I need an account?
For a single kit, no. Your documents arrive by email, and that's the whole transaction. Packs come with a free account because that's where your remaining kits and finished documents live between roles.
How long does a kit take?
About 35 minutes from submitting the role to finished documents. The free Research Brief takes about 20. Both run while you do something else; there's nothing to babysit.
What happens to my resume and my data?
Your documents are yours, and we don’t sell your data. The privacy policy states exactly what we store, for how long, and what gets removed when.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Each kit is custom work, produced and delivered on purchase, which is also why the free brief exists: you can judge the research quality before spending anything. If a technical failure stops your kit from being delivered, email support@telosi.io within 7 days — that is the case our refund policy covers.

The seats you actually want deserve the work.
