What exactly does one kit produce?
Five documents for one role: a Research Brief on the company, a Requirements Analysis of what the hire has to solve, an Experience Mapping of your record against it, a Curated Resume, and a Candidate Thesis, the cover letter. Each one feeds the next.
How long does a kit take?
About 30 minutes from submitting the role to finished documents. A research brief on its own takes about 15. Both run while you do something else.
How do packs work?
Buy 5, 10 or 20 kits at the founding rate. They wait in your Candidate Portal until you point one at a role, and they don’t expire. A pack comes with an account to hold them; a single kit needs no account.
Can I edit what I get?
Yes. The Curated Resume and the Candidate Thesis download as Word files, so you can change any line before you send it. The resume is one column, standard headings, no tables, so an ATS reads it cleanly. Posting keywords go only where your experience earns them, never stuffed in.
What happens to my resume and my data?
Your documents are yours, and we don’t sell your data. Our privacy policy states exactly what we store, for how long, and what gets removed when.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because each kit is written for you on purchase. If a technical failure stops your kit from being delivered, our refund policy covers it: email support@telosi.io within 7 days.
