Pricing

Each Application Kit is sold at the price displayed at the time of purchase (currently $29.99 USD). All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, we do not offer refunds once an Application Kit has been generated and delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

When you purchase an Application Kit, our AI systems immediately begin processing your information to generate custom research, analysis, and application materials. This process:

  • Incurs significant AI processing costs that cannot be recovered
  • Produces unique, personalized content based on your specific inputs
  • Delivers digital goods that cannot be "returned"

Exceptions

In our sole discretion, we may provide a refund or credit if:

  • (a) There is a verified technical failure that prevented delivery of your Application Kit
  • (b) The Application Kit was materially incomplete due to a system error

How to Request an Exception

To request consideration for a refund exception, contact us at support@telosi.io within 7 days of purchase. Please include:

  • Your order confirmation or payment receipt
  • A description of the technical issue you experienced
  • Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
