Resume/Professional Information
Work history, education, skills, certifications, and other professional background information contained in your resume or that you enter manually.
Job Application Information
Job posting details, company names, role titles, and job descriptions for positions you are targeting.
Contact Information
Name, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL (if provided for kit delivery or account creation).
Payment Information
We do not directly collect or store payment card information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
Device Information
Browser type, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Information
Pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation patterns.

IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

Your resume may contain sensitive personal information such as demographic data, professional affiliations, or other details. We process this information solely to provide the Service. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than delivering your Application Kit.

Processing your resume and job information through our AI systems to generate your Application Kit.
To Process Payments
Facilitating transactions through our payment processor.
To Deliver Your Kit
Sending your completed Application Kit via email or making it available for download.

Responding to inquiries, providing customer support, and sending service-related notifications.
To Improve the Service

3.1 AI Provider Data Practices
Important:
When we transmit your data to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), that data is processed according to their privacy policies and terms. We use API configurations that disable training on user data where such options are available. However, you should be aware that your resume content and job information may be transmitted to these providers to generate your Application Kit.
3.2 Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)
We use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate your Application Kit. This includes:
- Analyzing your resume content to identify relevant skills and experience
- Processing job descriptions to extract key requirements
- Researching publicly available company information
- Generating tailored application materials based on the analysis
These automated processes do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. The outputs are informational materials for your review and editing before use.

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Resume, Job Information, and Application Materials
Retained for 90 days after kit delivery to allow for customer support and potential re-delivery, then automatically deleted.
Company Research Briefs (Strategic Due Diligence Briefs)
Derived from publicly available information and retained indefinitely in anonymized form for service improvement, content development, and commercial purposes. These briefs do not contain personally identifiable information.
Transaction Records
Retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Usage Logs
Retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
5.2 Correction
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
5.3 Deletion
You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

If you are a Tennessee resident, you may have rights under the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt-out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Please contact us to exercise your rights.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Encryption of data at rest
- Access controls limiting who can access your data
- Regular security assessments
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not engage in tracking across third-party websites.
